Who we are

BuzzHR provides practical HR consulting for growing businesses, plus BuzzHR+ career services for professionals. You can contact us at connect@buzzhr.in or +91 91677 97974.

What we collect

• Details you type into our forms: name, work email, phone/WhatsApp, company, role, team size and your message.
• Your free-tool answers and results, when you ask us to email a result or to recommend a scope and pricing. Quiz results are shown in your browser first; nothing is sent unless you submit a form.
• Download requests for our free guides and workbooks.
• Payment confirmations from our payment provider for fixed-price modules. We do not see or store your card details.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4), only if you allow analytics cookies.

What not to send us

Please do not send confidential employee complaints, investigation evidence, medical details or other highly sensitive case material through public website forms, chat or WhatsApp. If sensitive material is needed for an engagement, we set up a controlled way to share it after the engagement is confirmed.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and recommend a sensible starting scope.
• To deliver the result or download you asked for.
• To process purchases and send onboarding forms.
• To send follow-up emails only where you have agreed to them. You can opt out at any time.

Business and career audiences are kept separate

Business enquiries and business-tool users receive business HR follow-up only. BuzzHR+ enquiries and career-tool users receive BuzzHR+ follow-up only.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host this website, store form submissions, send email, take payments (Razorpay) and, with your consent, measure site use (Google Analytics).

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site and free tools working. Analytics cookies are used only with your permission. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Retention and your rights

To be confirmed by BuzzHR: how long enquiry, tool and payment records are kept; how to request access, correction or deletion; and any grievance contact required under applicable Indian data-protection law.
