Refund / Cancellation

Draft for BuzzHR review. This page sets out the terms already agreed in the website brief. Sections marked “To be confirmed” need BuzzHR’s input, ideally with legal review, before the site takes live payments.

Before you pay

Every fixed-price module starts with a fit check. If your situation is materially more complex than the listed module scope, BuzzHR recommends a custom quote before any work begins, so you are not charged for a module that does not fit.

Payment terms

• Fixed-price modules: 100% upfront, in INR, via Razorpay.
• Larger custom projects: 50% upfront, with the balance linked to agreed milestones or deliverables.

Failed or abandoned payments

If a payment fails or is not completed, we send one polite reminder only.

Refunds

To be confirmed by BuzzHR: whether and when a fixed-price module payment can be refunded (for example, before the project start date is confirmed), and how long refunds take to process.

Rescheduling and cancellation of live sessions

To be confirmed by BuzzHR: notice required to reschedule or cancel a Manager Essentials Workshop or POSH Employee Awareness Session, and what happens to the fee.

Custom projects

To be confirmed by BuzzHR: cancellation terms for custom projects, aligned with each proposal's milestones.
