Draft for BuzzHR review. This page sets out the terms already agreed in the website brief. Sections marked “To be confirmed” need BuzzHR’s input, ideally with legal review, before the site takes live payments.
Using this website and the free tools
The free tools are directional business diagnostics. They are not a legal or compliance certification, a substitute for formal legal advice, an official ATS score or a prediction of selection.
Fixed-price HR modules
- Payment: 100% upfront for fixed-price modules.
- Timeline start: Turnaround starts from the confirmed project start date after all required information and documents are received.
- Scope protection: If the situation is materially more complex than the listed module scope, BuzzHR will recommend a custom quote before work begins.
- Onsite: Onsite work is not included in module prices. It is quoted separately on an all-inclusive basis.
Custom projects
Larger custom PMS / consulting projects: 50% upfront. The remaining 50% is linked to agreed milestones or deliverables; the proposal may use 50/25/25 for longer projects where appropriate. Fractional HR Advisory is a custom monthly retainer and is not an unlimited-access retainer.
What the client still owns
Consulting cannot outsource leadership decisions. The best projects have a clear internal sponsor, timely decisions, access to relevant context and managers who participate in the system they will eventually run.
Legal advice
BuzzHR does not provide legal opinion, legal representation or statutory compliance certification. Where formal legal interpretation is required, specialist legal review may be recommended.
BuzzHR+
BuzzHR+ is a paid career-support service. It does not sell jobs or guarantee interviews, offers or placement.
Other terms
